Peterson Falls
On June 11
and 12, 2007, the US Geological Survey officially named both Interstate Falls and Peterson Falls
as two separate waterfalls on the Montreal River. Interstate Falls is the
18-foot waterfall currently for sale on the Wisconsin side. Peterson
Falls is about a half mile upstream, just over the property line, on land owned
by Scott & Kathy Peterson.
